  • ¼ to ¾ cup liquid of choice:

    • Pure Filtered Water

    • Pineapple juice

    • Coconut Water

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Enjoy immediately

Suggested Usage

For bee propolis: 500 mg twice daily for maximum benefits (1)
